1. Data controller
This website is operated by Shanghai Zeyan IntelliPlay Digital Technology Co., Ltd. We process information you submit only for market research and management consulting conversations and necessary internal administration.
2. Information collected
The project enquiry form collects service type, company name, contact name, telephone number and project requirements. Email is optional. The system also records submission language, time and an internal enquiry reference, which is not shown in the public submission result.
3. Purpose and notification scope
We use the information to register the enquiry, determine the service path, arrange follow-up and manage the opportunity internally. Market research enquiries notify Emily Yan, management consulting enquiries notify Zhe Fan, and combined enquiries notify both. The system does not send an automated email to an address entered by the submitter.
4. Storage and service providers
Form records are stored in a database on cloud infrastructure used by the company in China. Information required for internal notification is sent to the relevant business lead through the configured email service. We do not provide it to unrelated third parties except where required to deliver this process, comply with law or with your further consent.
5. Retention
Project enquiry records are currently retained for ongoing business follow-up and internal record management without an automatic expiry. We will delete or anonymize information when you make a valid deletion request, when the processing purpose no longer requires it, or when applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, a copy, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Submit a request through the Contact page and state 'Personal information request' together with the company name, telephone number and approximate submission time. We will process it after verifying identity.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege permissions, login protection and backups to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and we continue to improve these safeguards.
